Professional Consultation Policy 

Thank you for considering our firm to assist with your legal needs. We value the opportunity to serve you and are committed to providing professional and equitable representation to all clients.

To ensure fairness and compliance with ethical standards, we are only able to offer legal advice once an attorney-client relationship has been formally established. While certain legal inquiries may seem straightforward, an accurate and meaningful response requires a thorough review of your individual circumstances and the applicable law. Most matters also necessitate follow-up questions and detailed analysis, which are best addressed during a dedicated consultation.

We offer the flexibility of scheduling an in-person, telephone, or  Zoom appointment with Attorney Cabrera to review your case and discuss the potential options available to you. During your consultation, you will receive tailored recommendations, learn about your best options, understand your likelihood of approval with our representation, and receive a clear overview of any associated costs.

Attorney Cabrera’s initial consultation fee is $100.00 for a half-hour session covering family and humanitarian matters; $200.00 for a one-hour session for employment-based matters; and $350.00 for a one-hour session for immigrant investment cases. If you choose to retain our firm after your consultation, the consultation fee will be credited toward your future legal bill, effectively waiving the initial cost.

Consultation payments are processed securely via Square at the time your appointment is scheduled.

Cancellation and Postponement Policy

· To cancel your consultation and receive a full refund, please notify us more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

· Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. One rescheduling is permitted at no additional charge, provided it is requested more than 24 hours before your original appointment time.

· Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or postponements made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
